Can other people read my CyberTwin’s past conversations?
No. Only you can read them when you sign into MyCyberTwin.com and go to the MyConversations page.


Do I have to be online for people to be able to chat to my CyberTwin?
No. People can chat to your CyberTwin at any time. It is available 24/7, so you do not have to be online.


What do I have to do to put my CyberTwin on my myspace, blog or web page?
MyCyberTwin has a code available to copy and add to your page. All you need to do is go to MyHome and click on the "embed my CyberTwin" link. Then copy the code and paste it into your page, at the location you want your CyberTwin to be shown.


How do I make my CyberTwin sound more like me?
You can get your CyberTwin sound more like you by teaching it to reply to questions the way that you would in a normal situation. You can do this by going into MyClassroom and doing the lessons there.


Can I ban certain people from chatting to my CyberTwin?
You can not "ban" people as such, but you can create an access code and tell it only to those you want chatting to your CyberTwin. Anybody who does not have this access code will not be able to chat to your CyberTwin.


Can I read the conversations that my CyberTwin has had with people?
Yes. Once you have signed in, you can go to your "MyConversations" page and it will show you the past conversations your CyberTwin has had.


What happens if somebody asks my CyberTwin something that it has not been taught to respond to?
Your CyberTwin will still be able to respond. All CyberTwins have a base brain that can answer for them if they have not been taught a lot by their owners.


Can I use MyCyberTwin for business and commercial purposes?
You sure can. CyberTwins are very useful in answering your customer’s commonly asked questions while promoting your business at the same time without you having to check and answer emails or message boards every day. You can also get CyberTwins to ask your customers questions and you can see their answers to see what they are thinking. The best way to run a humanized survey!


Can I go back and change the responses that I have taught my CyberTwin in the classroom lessons?
Yes. All responses are saved and are listed at the bottom of each lesson. Just click "edit" on the set of responses you wish to edit, make the changes, and click "teach" to finish.

MyCyberTwin.com is FREE to use. You only pay when you use up your free credits. Most people will not run out of their free credits as they are topped up to 100 credits every month.
