MyCybertwin is a Social networking service and instant chat robot creator, which allows you to create a unique intelligent character to represent you online and communicate with other people.

services offered MyCybertwin (Mycybertwin, or "we") include the
mycybertwin.com website, the MyCybertwin.com chat windows, the mycybertwin
emails and contact services, and any
other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by MyCybertwin.com
in connection with the MyCybertwin Website (collectively, the "Mycybertwin

Information Collection and Use by
MyCybertwin.com
MyCybertwin.com
collects user submitted information such as name, email address, and age to
authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the
MyCybertwin.com service. MyCybertwin.com also collects other profile data

Contact information: This includes an email address where we can contact you.
It may also include your name, mobile phone number, other phone numbers or
address details. This information is collected as part of the member
registration process and mycybertwin creation process, and is provided by you.
You can update it at any time. personal interests, gender, age, education and
occupation in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each
other.
Profile information: such as age, gender, nationality, interests, marital
status, location etc. Please look at any profile on the MYCYBERTWIN site, and
the classrooms, to see the full range of information collected. This
information is collected as part of the member registration process, and is
provided by you. You can update it at any time.
Communications (by email or other
means, which pass through the MYCYBERTWIN systems) between yourself and other
members or employees of MYCYBERTWIN.
Other personal information
provided voluntarily by you. This could be in response to surveys, contests or
online activities, or during creation of your mycybertwin.
Emailed comments and/or opinions
of other members or site visitors about you. These may include testimonials,
complaints and general member feedback.
Other members' 'private notes'
about you. An individual member may add you to his or her list of favourites
and make notes there to help him / her remember his / her communication with
you. These notes are only ever visible to that individual member. MYCYBERTWIN
staff do not monitor or look at these notes in ordinary circumstances.
Non-personally identifiable
information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited etc. None of
this information identifies you personally. MyCybertwin.com also logs
non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information,
aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site This
data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website
services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with
third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members.
User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes
User Profile information including
members' pictures and first names are displayed to people in order to
facilitate user interaction in the MyCybertwin.com social networking community.
Email addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join
MyCybertwin, to add users to members' friends' networks, and to send
notifications related to the service. With the exception of inviting friends,
adding friends, and notifications, a user's email address is not shared or
displayed to people within a user's personal network. Users within a personal
network communicate on MyCybertwin.com with each other through the
MyCybertwin.com service, without disclosing their email addresses. Users' full
names are never directly revealed to other members. To facilitate searching and
finding friends and acquaintances on the service, MyCybertwin.com may allow
users to search for other members using first and last name, email address, and
schools and/or companies where users may have attended or worked.
We may also use a user's email
address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the service. Users may
choose not to receive email of this type by changing their
"notification" setting to "Do not send me notification
emails" in the user "Account Settings"
From time to time, MyCybertwin.com
or a partner, may sponsor a promotion, or contest on MyCybertwin.com. Users may
be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home
address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer
personal information to certain ad partners that you have requested to receive
information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting
the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.
Invitations and Other Communications to Non-members
MyCybertwin members can invite friends to join the service by sending
invitation emails via our invitation system. MyCybertwin.com may store the
email addresses that members provide so that the respondents may be added to
the friend's list of the member sending the invitations, and also to send
reminders of the invitations Recipients of invitations from MyCybertwin.com may
contact MyCybertwin.com to request the removal of their information from our
database.
MyCybertwin members may
also store email addresses of people they know in their internal MyCybertwin
address book and may also choose to send invitations and other communications
to those addresses.
You may
prevent MyCybertwin.com email invitations and other messages from being sent to
any email address you control by sending a single email with the subject
"BLOCK EMAILS" info@mycybertwin.com. Please note that the email must
come from the account you wish to block.
Use of Cookies
MyCybertwin.com uses cookies to store visitors' preferences and to record
session information, for purposes including ensuring that visitors are not

Balancing the Privacy Needs and
Rights of Two or More Members
Please
note that as a general policy, MYCYBERTWIN does not review the content of
private e-mail messages or screen the Profiles posted by MYCYBERTWIN members
(although it may periodically review the information posted in the public areas
of the service) and accepts no responsibility for resolving disputes between members.
MYCYBERTWIN receives
communications from members concerning other members. These may be
testimonials, complaints or general information. MYCYBERTWIN aims to be as open
as possible with all its members, without compromising the privacy of any individuals.
If you complain about another
member, we may advise that member that a complaint about him / her has been
received. However, we will not tell the member who made the complaint without
your express permission. Further, if we suspect that the member would be able
to identify who made the complaint, we will not advise that a complaint has
been made unless we have your express permission.
When a complaint about a member is
received, no action will be taken unless the complaint is substantiated by evidence.
However, a record of the complaint may be made and included in the data held
about that member.
Communications between two members
will be released to either member on request. They will not be released to
third parties.
If another member has written
'private notes' about you, MYCYBERTWIN considers that those notes were written
for that member's use only, and to display them to others would be a violation
of that member's privacy. Those notes will not as a rule be released to you,
even if you request all information held by MYCYBERTWIN about you.
Changes in Our Privacy Policy
From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy MYCYBERTWIN may,
from time to time, review and update this privacy policy statement to take
account of new laws and technology and changes to MYCYBERTWIN's operations . If
we make changes, we will post them on our site to make users aware of what the
changes are so users will always be aware of what information we collect, how
we use it, and when we may disclose it. A User is bound by any minor changes to
